Job Description
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and contacting potential business loan or Machinery loan clients through cold calling, database follow-ups, and referrals.
- Product Knowledge and Explanation: Understanding and explaining various loan products, their features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment terms.
- Customer Interaction and Guidance: Handling customer inquiries, resolving doubts, and guiding them through the loan application process.
- Sales and Negotiation: Persuading customers to apply for loans, negotiating loan terms, and closing deals over the phone.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and loan application status.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Working with loan processing teams to ensure smooth application processing.
