Site Civil Engineer

Job Description: Civil Site Engineer (Finishing Works) Experience: 3–8 Years

Location: Pan India

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Engineer specializing in finishing works to manage on-site construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project teams. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of building finishing items, site supervision, and vendor management.

• Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and facade works.
• Ensure quality control as per project specifications and industry standards.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of work schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site execution.
• Check and verify quantities, measurements, and material usage.
• Prepare and maintain site reports, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and work documentation.
• Ensure site safety compliance and manage workforce effectively.
• Attend site meetings, solve execution-related issues, and support the project manager.
• Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–8 years of experience in building construction with strong exposure to finishing works.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle site challenges.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic site management tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Additional Details: Location: Pan India (candidate should be open to relocation/ project transfers).
• Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month, based on experience and capability.
