Site Engineer

Job Description (JD)We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Construction Engineer) to manage and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are executed as per drawings, quality standards, safety norms, and timelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labor teams for smooth site operations.
• Ensure quality control, material usage, and workmanship at the site.
• Prepare and check BOQ, measurements, and site reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of work.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and site discipline.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for technical clarifications.
• Maintain site documentation, daily progress reports, and material records.
• Identify and resolve site-related technical issues.
• Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site execution.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, layouts, and plans.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office (preferred).
