🚧 Hiring: Site Engineer (Junior Level)

📍 Location: Mumbai

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience)

🕒 Experience: 0–2 Years

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Site Engineer to join our growing team. If you are passionate about construction, execution, and on-site coordination, this role offers excellent hands-on exposure and career growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site

• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications
• Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports
• Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, consultants, and vendors
• Check quality of materials and workmanship
• Assist in quantity measurements, billing, and BOQ verification
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project timelines
• Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively

🔹 What We’re Looking For:Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong coordination and communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Willingness to travel within Mumbai
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and accountable

🔹 Preferred:Prior site supervision experience

• Knowledge of RCC, finishing works, and construction processes
• Familiarity with Mumbai construction practices and regulations
