Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will be crucial in ensuring our facade and window system installations are executed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

• Site Supervision & Execution: Assisting the Senior Site Team in day-to-day site operations, including installation of glass facades, GRC panels, and window systems.
• Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of materials and workmanship, ensuring all work strictly adheres to technical specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Upholding and enforcing site safety regulations and best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
• Documentation: Preparing daily progress reports, maintaining site records (e.g., quality checklists, inspection requests), and assisting with material reconciliation.
• Drawing Interpretation: Studying and understanding technical drawings (e.g., fabrication, assembly, and installation drawings) to guide site activities.
• Coordination: Liaising with the internal design and fabrication teams, other contractors, and client representatives under the guidance of the Project Manager.
• Measurement & Billing: Assisting in taking accurate site measurements for progress billing and tracking work done.

• Educational Foundation: Strong foundational knowledge of civil engineering principles, material science, and construction processes.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with laborers, supervisors, and management.
• Problem-Solving: A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude with a practical approach to on-site challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to quality checking and adherence to complex technical specifications.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel to and work at various project sites in the Mumbai region.

Software Skills: Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
