Once a core store concept is defined, our focus is on expanding that concept across multiple locations and formats, while maintaining design intent, brand consistency, and execution feasibility.

We work end-to-end — from design development to on-ground execution — ensuring that concepts translate smoothly into buildable, repeatable retail formats.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage on-site execution for retail construction and interior fit-out projects. This role is hands-on and focused on supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring work is executed as per drawings, timelines, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site execution for retail construction and fit-out projects
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour at site
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and timelines
• Monitor quality, material usage, and basic site safety
• Track progress and report site updates to the project team
• Flag issues, delays, or deviations early

How We Work

To ensure transparency and alignment:

·       We follow a Monday to Saturday work schedule, typical of design-and-execution environments

·       Team members use their own laptops and software, allowing flexibility across projects

·       Compensation is all-inclusive, aligned to a startup structure, without PF or insurance at this stage

·       Outstation travel for project work is reimbursed with prior approval; local travel is usually managed individually
