Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring work aligns with project plans, drawings, and specifications

• Monitor progress, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
• Prepare, compile, and deliver site reports, progress updates, and documentation for stakeholders and project managers
• Manage resource allocation including materials, equipment, and labor, optimizing site efficiency and maintaining quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate communication and resolve technical issues
• Diagnose technical problems, implement solutions, and provide advice for improvements in project execution
• Authorize and interpret technical drawings, engineering plans, and specifications
• Ensure health, safety, and legal regulations are strictly followed at all stages of construction.
