Site Engineer

- Site Supervision: Oversee mechanical installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities on-site, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians, fitters, and laborers, providing guidance and support as needed.

- Quality Control: Ensure mechanical systems and equipment meet quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and standards, maintaining a safe working environment.

- Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Experience: Proven experience in mechanical site supervision or management, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and equipment.

- Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and negotiate conflicts.

- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical principles, systems, and equipment, as well as relevant codes and standards.

- Mechanical system installation and commissioning in building projects, infrastructure development.

-Mechanical equipment installation, maintenance, and repair in manufacturing facilities.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, test results, and safety incidents.

- Collaboration: Work with other site staff, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve mechanical issues, collaborating with other teams as needed.
