Summary: We are seeking an Associate Engineer to join our team for the execution of piling, deep excavation, and anchoring works. The ideal candidate will assist in the technical supervision and quality control of geotechnical construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision & Quality Control

• Monitor piling works including boring, cage lowering, and concreting operations
• Supervise excavation activities and verify soil conditions at different depths
• Oversee anchor installation, grouting, and stressing operations
• Ensure compliance with approved methodologies and safety requirements
• Maintain quality control records for all geotechnical works

Technical Documentation

• Review shop drawings and method statements
• Prepare daily work reports and maintain site records
• Document pile testing and anchor load test results
• Track quantities and maintain measurement records
• Prepare technical queries and coordinate with consultants

Field Operations

• Monitor pile positioning and verticality during installation
• Verify reinforcement cage details and concrete properties
• Check excavation levels and slopes for compliance
• Supervise dewatering operations and monitor water levels
• Coordinate with surveyors for layout and level checks

Requirements:

• B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years experience in geotechnical construction
• Knowledge of Mumbai's soil conditions and construction practices
• Familiarity with IS codes related to piling and excavation works
• Good understanding of concrete technology
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
