Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities to ensure timely completion of the project.
• Monitor workforce performance and ensure quality control and safety standards are maintained.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, specifications, and regulations.
• Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of project phases.
• Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, safety checklists, and attendance records.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays on-site in a timely manner.
• Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Train or orient new workers on-site rules and safety practices.
