Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations: Manage daily site activities, including scheduling, subcontractors, and labor coordination.
• Ensure Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Quality Control: Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project specifications, blueprints, and quality standards.
• Resource Management: Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and inventory to optimize efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and resolve conflicts among workers and subcontractors to foster a productive work environment.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and resource needs.
• Problem Solving: Address on-site challenges promptly to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
