MIN QUALIFICATION – Diploma Civil Engg / Interior Designer

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

TECHNICAL SKILLS

·        Handle all Engineering related work for the assigned project within the site.

·        Supervise the work of the contractor to avoid wastage.

·        Issue material to the contractor as per the drawing plans/norms.

·        Ensure that all materials used and work performed is as per the specifications.

·        Ensure manpower planning at site

·        Interpreting design documents (drawings) supplied by the architect.

·        Liaising with MEP consultants, architects, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

·        Ensuring quality control.

·        Prepare Maintain and Update MIS reports and other relevant reports.

·        Report any abnormalities to the Senior Engineers / Site in-charge / H.O.

·        supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs

·        liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public

·        coordinating and supervising construction workers

·        selecting tools and materials

·        making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety

·        checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings

·        maintaining quality control procedures

·        finding ways to prevent problems and to solve any that crop up

·        assessing and minimizing risk

·        helping to negotiating contracts and securing permits and licences

·        Maintaining a team for centering, tiling, plumbing and electrical.
