About Us:

We are a growing interior design firm specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee on-site execution and ensure high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior projects
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, and vendors
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor project timelines and report progress regularly
• Maintain quality control and resolve on-site issues
• Manage labor and material deliveries
• Ensure safety standards are followed at site

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in interior design or construction
• Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution
• Ability to read drawings and technical plans
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of relevant experience

Salary: Competitive, based on experience
