Site Supervisor

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Civil Engineering freshers who are eager to start their career as a Site Engineer. The candidate will assist in managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring quality work execution, and learning practical aspects of construction management.

This role is ideal for candidates who are willing to learn, grow, and build long-term experience in construction and site supervision.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in supervising daily site activities.
• Monitor work as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
• Maintain daily site progress reports.
• Assist in quantity measurements and billing work.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Support senior engineers in project execution and planning.
• Maintain proper documentation and records at site.
• Eligibility Criteria:Diploma in Civil Engineering / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Freshers Only).
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site work.
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in the construction field.
• Required Skills:Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work on-site and manage field responsibilities.
