Site Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to manage execution of Government and Private civil projects including CC Road works, Garden Development, Building Repairing & Maintenance. The candidate must be able to handle multiple sites, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of CC road, garden, civil repair & maintenance works.
• Monitor site activities, labor productivity, and work quality.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
• Maintain daily reports, measurements, attendance, and site documentation.
• Ensure all works are executed as per drawings, BOQ and quality standards.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper use of materials on site.
• Manage multiple sites within Western Suburbs (Andheri to Virar).

Requirements

• 2–5 years' experience in civil site supervision.
• Experience with government/municipal projects (preferred).
• Ability to read drawings, take measurements, and manage site documentation.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Excel tracking, Google Sheets, project monitoring apps, task management tools).
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Must own a 2-wheeler for site travel.
