Job Description

  • Supervision & Leadership:
  • Directs and manages on-site staff, subcontractors, and their work, ensuring all activities comply with project plans and safety regulations. 
  • Safety & Health:
  • Implements and enforces health and safety protocols, conducts site inspections to identify and eliminate hazards, and provides safety training to the workforce. 
  • Project Oversight:
  • Monitors project progress, ensures adherence to schedules and budgets, and coordinates the timely delivery of resources like materials and equipment. 
  • Quality Control:
  • Conducts inspections to ensure the quality of completed work meets project standards and building codes. 
  • Communication:
  • Acts as a liaison between project managers, workers, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on site activities and resolving issues. 
  • Documentation:
  • Prepares and maintains site-related documents, including daily logs, inspection reports, and safety reports.
