Job Title: EHV Transformer Installation Supervisor

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced candidate to take on the role of EHV Transformer Installation Supervisor at ay location in INDIA. The candidate will play a pivotal role in supervising the Erection, Testing, and Filtration works for Extra High Voltage (EHV) Transformers. The key responsibilities and requirements for this position are as follows:

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the Erection, Testing, and Filtration works of Extra High Voltage Transformers in adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

2. Plan and execute daily tasks in alignment with the project's joint agreement with the client.

4. Manage and lead a team of 11 skilled and unskilled workers effectively, ensuring they work safely and efficiently.

5. Maintain and provide daily progress reports to the project management team, detailing accomplishments, challenges, and next steps.

6. Utilize extensive prior experience in the installation of EHV transformers to ensure the correct execution of all relevant processes and activities, including safety procedures, quality checks, and equipment testing.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervising EHV transformer installation projects.

- In-depth knowledge of EHV transformer installation processes and procedures.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

- Willingness to work in a challenging environment and stay on-site.

- Knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to ensuring a safe work environment.
