Site Supervisor (Civil, Electrical & Interior Projects)

1. Site Execution & Monitoring

 Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per plan, drawings, and specifications.

 Coordinate civil, interior, and electrical teams to maintain workflow.

 Ensure proper layout marking, measurement accuracy, and workmanship quality.

 Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

2. Measurement & Documentation

 Take daily measurements and prepare measurement sheets for civil, interior, and electrical works.

 Area/volume calculation, rate analysis basics, and BOQ understanding.

 Maintain daily site diary, labour reports, and material consumption sheets.

 Assist in preparing RA bills and final billing documentation.

3. Material & Vendor Coordination

 Identify material requirements and raise timely material requisitions.

 Verify incoming materials—quality, quantity, and specifications.

 Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for smooth material delivery and work progress.

4. Labour & Team Handling

 Handle labour teams effectively and allocate work as per schedule.

 Maintain discipline, productivity, and work ethics on site.

 Resolve minor site issues and escalate critical matters to the Project Coordinator/Engineer.

5. Client & Office Coordination

 Communicate daily updates to the Project Manager/Office Team.

 Attend site meetings with clients/consultants when required.

 Ensure execution is aligned with client expectations and contract conditions.

6. Quality, Safety & Compliance

 Ensure proper safety practices and PPE usage on site.

 Inspect work quality and ensure adherence to standard guidelines and approved drawings.

 Report risks, defects, or delays immediately to management.
