Site Supervisor - Home Automation

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Project In-Charge in the operations department to do the site inspections, BOM preparation, and Monitoring of the installations and FRs, of the home automation products. Someone who understands house wiring and power supply and knows AutoCAD/Dialux Software tool could be a good fit for the role. This role also needs to handle a team of 4-5 people.

Key Responsibilities:

● Conducting thorough site inspections to evaluate site readiness for home automation and lighting product

installations

● Regular visits to client sites and advise the client/site electrician/supervisor on the standards required for the

home automation solution

● Being the primary contact for the site, ensuring the seamless installation to clients of Keus Products

● Review the Load evaluation details of sites and propose a solution

● Managing the escalations for identified issues and facilitating the resolution

● Efficiently addressing and resolving complaints about electrical, home automation, and lighting products

● Responsible for handling the team of executives

Qualifications

● Seeking individual with B.Tech/B.E/Diploma specialized in Electrical or Electronics

● Preferably 2 to 7 years of experience in home automation, lighting, or relevant product installation

● Proficiency in house wiring, load calculations, and AutoCAD

● Strong knowledge of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems

● Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
