Position: Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing
Location: Malad Mumbai
Reports To: Marketing Head / Founder
Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital presence, drive engagement, and generate measurable business growth through social media and online marketing channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong content sense, platform expertise, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into high-performing digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Plan and execute monthly social media calendars
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content
- Monitor trends and implement platform-specific growth strategies
- Respond to comments, messages, and build community engagement
Content Strategy
- Develop content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and copywriters
- Plan campaign-based content (product launches, events, promotions)
Digital Marketing
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads
- YouTube Ads
- LinkedIn Ads (if required)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and conversions
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze key metrics such as:
- Reach
- Engagement
- CTR
- Conversion rates
- Generate monthly performance reports
- Use insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Website Marketing
- Blog/content marketing
- Landing page performance improvement
- Work with developers to improve user experience and conversions
Campaign & Growth Initiatives
- Plan digital campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness
- Collaborate with influencers and creators when required
- Identify new growth channels and marketing opportunities
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Content planning and campaign management
- Basic understanding of SEO and website analytics
- Proficiency in tools like:
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Analytics
- Canva / Adobe tools
- Scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- 2–4 years experience in social media or digital marketing
- Experience managing brand accounts or e-commerce marketing
- Understanding of performance marketing and lead generation
