Social Media & Client Coordination Manager

We are looking for a smart, self-driven, and creative female professional to manage our social media presence, assist in proposal and estimate creation, and coordinate with clients for meetings and follow-ups. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creativity along with structured office work and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Design and create engaging social media posts (static, reels, short videos)
• Plan and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn
• Maintain brand consistency across all social platforms
• Generate creative ideas for posts, stories, and campaigns
• Coordinate with the internal team for content inputs (projects, photos, updates)

2.Proposals & Estimates

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and estimates
• Format documents professionally and accurately
• Maintain proposal records and follow-ups
• Coordinate with sales team for inputs and revisions

3. Client Coordination

• Call clients to confirm meetings and appointments
• Follow up on proposals and discussions
• Coordinate schedules between clients and internal teams
• Maintain basic CRM updates and communication logs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidate preferred
• Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Gujarati is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of design tools (mandatory)
• Comfortable using computers and office software
• Smart, proactive, organized, and self-motivated
• Prior experience in social media or coordination is a plus
