Key Responsibilities:

Drive platform growth by increasing reach, engagement, and audience quality

Plan and execute consistent weekly content aligned with current trends

Generate leads through DMs, link clicks, and paid advertising campaigns

Manage online communities by actively responding, engaging, and nurturing audiences

Optimize ad performance to improve conversions and ROI

Prepare and share timely weekly and monthly performance reports

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline

1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management 

Proven track record of growth, engagement, or lead generation

Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad tools

Analytical mindset with reporting and performance tracking skills
