Social Media Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and others. You will plan, schedule, post, and monitor content while engaging with our audience and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement monthly social media calendars.
• Handle day-to-day operations across platforms (posting, stories, reels, community interaction)
• Collaborate with the design and video team to produce platform-specific creatives.
• Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, lectures) into short-form formats for social.
• Monitor analytics using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, etc., and report performance metrics.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with followers regularly.
• Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns (paid and organic).
• Stay up to date with platform trends, algorithms, and content best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Canva, or Meta Business Suite.
• Ability to identify and create content from existing media assets.
• Creative thinking and a keen understanding of what works on social.
• Basic knowledge of performance tracking and analytics.
• Familiarity with reels/shorts trends is a plus.
