Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and detail-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow Basil Leaf’s digital presence. The ideal candidate must be visually aware, trend-savvy, and fluent in fashion-luxury storytelling on platforms like Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and maintain the brand’s Instagram and other social media platforms
• Develop and execute creative social media strategies in alignment with the brand’s voice and goals.
• Liaise with social media agencies for content execution, campaign planning, and calendar management.
• Stay updated on social media bollywood trends and platform algorithm changes and plan content while keeping it brand-appropriate
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, festive drops, collection launches, and collaborations
• Respond to queries, DMs, and audience feedback in a professional, timely manner
• Assist in shoot content planning, caption writing, hashtag curation, and content calendar building

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years of experience in a fashion/luxury-focused social media role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and how their algorithms work.
• Knowledge of content strategy, audience engagement, and analytics tools.
• Exposure to luxury or designer fashion brands (preferred).
• Basic graphic design and photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop etc.)
• Strong aesthetic sense — understands visual storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and responsive.
