We are a creative growth agency operating at the crossroads of content, strategy, and brand-&-creator collaboration. We’re looking for a talented Social Media Executive to work full-time and help deliver standout visual work across platforms.

✨ What You’ll Do

• For this role you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our clients.
• This role is ideal for someone who can combine creative thinking with strategic execution and enjoys mentoring others.
• You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, developing content plans, analyzing campaign performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions. 

🧠 What We’re Looking For

•  Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies aligned with clients’ goals.
• Create engaging content plans, posts, and campaign ideas tailored to specific audiences and platforms.
• Oversee content calendars, coordinate with designers and copywriters, and ensure on-brand messaging.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid social media campaigns using platforms like Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, delivering actionable insights and performance reports.
• Stay updated on trends, platform changes, and competitor activity to continuously refine strategies.
• Lead client meetings, present campaign results, and provide expert recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members, offering guidance and training on best practices and tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, paid media) to ensure seamless execution.
• Maintain brand voice and consistency across all campaigns and channels.
