Job Description:

As a Social Media Intern, you will assist in creating content, managing posts, engaging with our audience, and supporting analytics efforts. You’ll have the opportunity to learn how to build a brand’s presence online and gain hands-on experience in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• Monitor social channels for trends, mentions, and audience engagement
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Support in the creation of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content
• Analyze performance metrics and help create reports on campaign effectiveness
• Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for engagement
• Stay updated on social media best practices and trends

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field
• Passion for social media and digital trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
• Experience with social platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite) is an advantage
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
