Social Media Manager

∙ Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms

∙ Manage INI’s social media calendar and ensure consistent posting

∙ Write engaging captions, hooks, and copy aligned with INI’s brand voice

∙ Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and share weekly reports

∙ Research trends, reels formats, and competitor activity to keep content fresh

∙ Coordinate with the design and video team to bring content ideas to life

∙ Engage with followers — respond to comments, DMs, and mentions

∙ 0–1 year of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing

∙ Strong written communication in English (Hindi is a plus)

∙ Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube as platforms

∙ Basic understanding of tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Later

∙ Eye for aesthetics — you notice when a post looks off

∙ Self-starter who can take ownership without hand-holding

∙ A portfolio, college project, or personal page that shows your work is a big plus

∙ video editing (Reels, Shorts)

∙ SEO or hashtag strategy

∙ Running paid ads on Meta or Google
