Social Media Manager

We are looking for social media manager

1. Content Creation (Posts, Reels, Stories)

Plan and create daily content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc. Shoot and edit reels, short videos, and behind-the-scenes content. Write captions, hashtags, and descriptions aligned with the brand voice. Ensure quality, error-free, high-engagement content. Examples: 1 reel/day 3–5 posts per week Stories throughout the day (events, doctors, testimonials, offers)

2.Social Media Posting & Account Management

Maintain daily posting calendar Upload posts, reels, stories at the right time Monitor comments, likes, shares Keep all pages active and updated Maintain consistency in branding & tone Example:No day should go without at least 1 piece of content. 3. Enquiry Handling (Leads from Social Media)

Respond to all DM enquiries within 15–30 minutes Maintain enquiry sheet (Name, need, contact number, status) Coordinate with sales team for follow-ups Convert enquiries into demos or bookings

4. Podcast Coordination

Coordinate with doctors, guests, hosts for shoot scheduling Prepare episode outlines, questions, and talking points Assist in recording setups (camera, lights, sound teams) Create short clips from podcasts for reels Upload episodes as per schedule

5. Brand Building & Online Engagement

Maintain the company’s tone, style, and brand identity Engage with followers via comments, reactions, and messages Build community through stories, polls, Q&A, and interactive content Collaborate with influencers / doctors / brand partners6.Prepare weekly and monthly reports on:  Reach Engagement Impressions Enquiries received Most successful posts Suggest improvements based on insights.
