Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and brand image. This is a dynamic role combining content creation, marketing strategy, and brand management across digital platforms, including our website, Instagram, social media, Airbnb, and other OTAs.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, manage, and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Take high-quality photographs and short videos for posts, reels, stories, listings, and ads

Maintain and update the company website, ensuring accuracy, performance, and brand consistency

Manage and optimize Airbnb and other online travel platform (OTA) listings

Monitor and respond to guest engagement and online reviews

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to boost visibility, engagement, and bookings

Ensure brand tone, aesthetics, and storytelling are consistent across all digital touchpoints

Analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly

Collaborate with the design and operations teams for cross-functional execution

Requirements:

Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and branding

Strong photography and basic video editing skills

Working knowledge of website platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or similar)

Experience with Airbnb and OTA platforms is a strong plus

Excellent communication and grammar skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

Graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite)

SEO and blog writing

Hospitality or lifestyle brand experience
