Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and execute a social media content calendar aligned with brand objectives and ongoing ad shoots.
• Manage daily posting, engagement, and community building across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Promote ad films, celebrity endorsements, and brand collaborations through compelling digital storytelling.
• Coordinate with influencers and celebrities featured in shoots for cross-promotions and collaborations.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Stay updated with industry trends, viral content formats, and best practices for social media growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the media, advertising, or film industry.
• Excellent experience in social media management and content writing.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills with a deep understanding of digital storytelling.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and short-form video formats.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or CapCut for basic content editing.
• Good knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to communicate confidently in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Strong coordination and team collaboration skills.
