• 📝 Content Creation & ManagementPlan and manage content calendars (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
• Create or coordinate creation of engaging content (graphics, videos, captions)
• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging
• 📢 Campaign ManagementRun paid and organic campaigns across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Collaborate with influencers and partners
• Manage promotions, contests, and product launches
• 💬 Community EngagementRespond to comments, messages, and customer queries
• Monitor brand mentions and handle online reputation
• Build and nurture an online community
• 📊 Analytics & ReportingTrack performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, conversions)
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
• 🛠️ Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe tools)
• Experience with scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• ⭐ Preferred SkillsExperience in paid social advertising (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style content)
• Influencer marketing experience
• Knowledge of analytics tools and social media insights
