Social Media Marketing Executive

NovaRyd is looking for a proactive and creative Marketing & Social Media Executive to help grow our brand in Mumbai. This is a hands-on role combining local on-ground marketing with social media management.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan and execute local marketing activities, promotions, and brand awareness campaigns across Mumbai
• Identify partnership opportunities with local businesses, communities, and events
• Manage NovaRyd’s social media pages and post content regularly
• Help create and coordinate reels, photos, short videos, and day-to-day social content
• Write engaging captions and maintain a clear, consistent brand voice
• Support on-ground shoots, activations, and outreach when needed
• Track page growth, engagement, and basic campaign performance
• Bring creative ideas to help grow NovaRyd both offline and online

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, social media, field marketing, or a related role
• Comfortable with both on-ground work and social media management
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Comfortable travelling locally within Mumbai
• Creative, organised, proactive, and able to take initiative
• Familiar with Instagram and basic content creation
• Basic photo/video editing skills are a plus
• Marathi is a plus
