Social Media Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales :Identify and engage potential clients through inbound and outbound channels (DMs, emails, calls, etc.)
• Follow up on leads, build relationships, and close sales
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a CRM or lead tracking system to manage prospects and customer interactions
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products/services
• Social Media Marketing :Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Manage and grow social media pages – increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.) if applicable
• Collaborate on campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Track performance metrics and provide regular reports
• General :Work closely with management to align sales and marketing strategies
• Suggest new ways to attract customers, such as promotions or partnerships
• Stay up to date with digital marketing best practices and sales techniques
