Job Description
Paid Ads (Major Focus)
- Plan, launch & optimize Meta (Instagram & Facebook) ads for concerts, club events & festivals
- Handle budget allocation, audience targeting & creatives coordination
- Track daily performance (CPC, ROAS, conversions, ticket sales)
- Scale winning ads & pause underperforming ones
- Coordinate with ticketing & sales team for real-time updates
Organic Social Media
- Create & schedule regular posts, stories & reels for events
- Maintain content calendars for upcoming shows
- Write engaging captions, CTAs & event highlights
- Post countdowns, artist reveals, last-ticket alerts
- Re-share influencer, artist & audience content
Reporting & Growth
- Weekly ad + content performance reports
- Suggest new growth ideas, creatives & formats
- Keep up with event marketing trends
