Job Summary:

Gold's Gym is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Specialist to develop and implement our social media strategy, promoting our fitness brand and engaging with our online community. You'll create high-quality content, manage our social media presence, and drive member acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to promote Gold's Gym's brand, services, and programs

2. Create and curate engaging content (fitness tips, member success stories, promotions, etc.)

3. Manage and schedule posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

4. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner

5. Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversions

6. Collaborate with trainers, instructors, and marketing team to create content and promotions

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of social media experience in the fitness or wellness industry

2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising

3. Excellent content creation, writing, and visual design skills

4. Ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategies

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills

6. Knowledge of fitness and wellness industry trends and best practices
