Job Title: Social Media Manager (YouTube, Instagram & Facebook)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and performance-driven female Social Media Manager who can independently handle two social media brands:

1. Personal Brand – Reels-based content (acting, journey, mindset)
2. Let’s Act – Acting tips, exercises, student-focused content

The person should understand content, consistency, engagement, and growth, not just posting.

Key Responsibilities

Content Management

• Upload Reels / Shorts / Videos on Instagram, YouTube & Facebook
• Write strong Titles, Descriptions & Hashtags (acting & performance niche)
• Schedule content regularly as per strategy
• Ensure correct formatting for each platform

Engagement & Community Handling

• Reply to comments, DMs & queries professionally
• Handle student / audience questions related to acting content
• Increase engagement through smart replies and pinning comments

Content Understanding

• Understand acting-related content (reels, tips, exercises)
• Coordinate with creator for new content ideas
• Suggest trending formats & hooks (Reels / Shorts)

Ads & Promotions (Bonus Skill)

• Run & manage Facebook and YouTube Ads (Lead Ads / Video Promotion)
• Basic targeting, budget handling & performance tracking
• Promote workshops, courses & important videos

Skills Required

• Experience handling Instagram, YouTube & Facebook
• Good English + Hindi (Hinglish) writing skills
• Basic understanding of Reels, Shorts & Algorithms
• Knowledge of hashtags, captions & SEO titles
• Responsible, consistent & self-managed

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager
• Experience in education / acting / creator niche
• Basic analytics understanding (reach, watch time, engagement)
