Job Description

  • Identify and shortlist reputed influencers and credible content creators across social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with strong engagement and brand alignment
  • Initiate collaboration discussions, preferably on barter basis, where possible (e.g., product exchange or cross-promotion).
  • Explore partnership opportunities with TV serial actors/celebrities and movie stars who have a clean image and strong influence in target demographics.
  • Prioritize individuals with good personality, genuine following, and positive reputation.
  • Once collaboration is confirmed, create compelling, brand-aligned scripts/concepts for short-form content (especially reels).
  • Share the approved scripts with the influencers/celebrities and coordinate their reel/video shoot and delivery.
  • Ensure final content is on-brand and ready for publishing with proper hashtags, tags, and logo placement., make it short for initial message to share to the candidate
