Overview


As a Society Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations, development, and growth of our society. You will be responsible for building and nurturing a strong community, coordinating events and activities, and promoting engagement among members. Your role is essential in fostering a sense of belonging and collaboration within the society, ultimately contributing to its success and


Key responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance community engagement and membership growth
  • Plan, organize, and oversee events, meetings, and activities for society members
  • Manage communication channels and ensure effective information dissemination to society members
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support the society's initiatives and projects
  • Ensure compliance with society regulations and bylaws
  • Manage the society's budget and financial matters
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional man


Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is a must
  • Proven experience in community engagement, event management, or association management, Facility Management, Property Management, Residential Society Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial oversight
  • Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations for Residential societies
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in utilizing digital platforms and tools for community building and engagement
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and principles in society management
  • Knowledge of monthly maintenance Billing, collection and track unpaid bills.


This is a full-time job at the workplace with six days of work.
