Soldering Technician

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Soldering Technician / Assembly Technician to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for soldering electronic components, assembling PCBs, and ensuring product quality as per company standards.

• 🔩 Key Responsibilities:
• Perform manual soldering of electronic components on PCBs.
• Assemble electronic and mechanical components as per drawings and work instructions.
• Inspect solder joints and assemblies for quality and defects.
• Repair and rework defective PCBs/components.
• Maintain tools and workstations in good condition.
• Meet daily production targets.
• Maintain documentation and production records.

• 🎯 Required Skills:
• Knowledge of soldering techniques (through-hole & SMD preferred).
• Basic understanding of electronic components and PCB layouts.
• Ability to read assembly drawings and BOM.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with testing equipment (multimeter, soldering iron, etc.).
• ITI/Diploma in Electronics (preferred but not mandatory).
• Freshers with soldering training can also apply.
