Position: South Indian Cook
Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on experience & skill level)
Experience Required:
• Minimum 6 months experience in South Indian cuisine
Job Responsibilities:• Prepare authentic South Indian dishes
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per SOPs
• Manage mise-en-place and assist in inventory control
• Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen cleanliness
• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth daily operations
