This role will give a very good exposure to Supply Chain Managements projects and provide fast-learning curve

Key Responsibilities Competencies

1 Inventory Management - Inventory Movement to Engineers as per Requirement/Projection - Maintain record of all Inventory Inward/Outward MIS - Forward and Reverse Stock Movement from Field Engineers are done within TAT. - Ensure adequate Inventory at all locations to avoid stock out situation. - Ensure Stock movement are done in TAT. - Keep the Inventory Recon accuracy at 100% at all times - Track Inventory and ensure consumption details are taken from field teams - Monitor the Engineers Stock Daily and ensure physical Vs system count is 100% - Maintain MSL of consumable Stock and ensure sufficient Qty is available at Warehouse. · Ability to understand stock movements · Ability to track stock movements · Patient about working with large sets of data

2 Quality Control and Audits - Evaluate data from various sources, analyze, and perform quality checks independently using raw data. - Stock Audit of Engineers and Warehouse Inventory Weekly. - Ensure are Physical Movement are regularised in System on real time basis. - Ensure Stock Movement are done as per Statutory requirement ( Proper Delivery Challan, e-waybill etc.,) - Warehouse Safety Inspection Checklist should be 100% Compliance. - Develop and maintain MIS and ensure that data is organized and structured. · Awareness to identify gaps in processes · Maintain integrity in Audit process · Obsessed about Customer experience

3 Tools Proficiency & Skills required - Good mathematical & analytical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data. - High Proficiency in Excel · Data Analysis · Eye for Detail

We are looking for

1 2-5 years of overall experience and has worked preferably in Supply Chain/Field Operations

2 Experience in Fintech/BFSI/Logisitics industry is preferred but not mandatory.

3 Has minimum 2-5 years’ experience of working with inventory and stock movements

4 A team player who can establish & maintain a good rapport with cross functional teams and set new processes

5 Keen to work on driving service excellence and best in class customer experience
