Key Responsibilities:

• Serve bakery products, pizzas, sandwiches, and beverages to customers efficiently.
• Assist customers with menu selection and provide product recommendations.
• Ensure food and beverages are presented and served as per brand standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of service counters, tables, and dining areas.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Coordinate with kitchen and barista team to ensure timely service.
• Handle basic billing or POS operations if required.

Job Requirements:

• Basic experience in QSR, café, bakery, or restaurant service preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
