Steward Role – Job DescriptionJob SummaryA steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in the kitchen and service areas to ensure smooth operations.

• 🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesWashing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Cleaning kitchen areas, floors, and storage rooms
• Assisting chefs with basic prep work (cutting, cleaning vegetables, etc.)
• Ensuring proper waste disposal and garbage management
• Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards
• Supporting kitchen and service staff when required
• Managing dishwashing machines (if available)

• Should have knowledge in Alcohol
