Job Description – Store Associate / Fab Team Member

1. Store Opening Responsibilities

• Clean the outside and inside areas of the store before opening.
• Ensure product is displayed before the store opens.
• Verify that all condiments and coffee bases are organized and available at the station.

2. Guest Experience & Service

• Greet all walk-in guests with proper etiquette and a friendly approach.
• Ensure suggestive selling is always practiced with every guest.
• Follow proper billing procedures when attending to guests.
• Thank guests appropriately and use the “Welcome Back” script consistently.
• Handle guests professionally and maintain excellent service standards.

3. Product Display & Availability

• Ensure all flavours are available on display throughout the day.
• Refill donuts and maintain stock levels as required.

4. Work Coordination & Instructions

• Follow instructions given by SM/ASM/Shift Manager & Fab-I team.
• Take direction from seniors at the store and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

5. Order & Delivery Management

• Ensure timely preparation and delivery of Home Delivery orders.

6. Store Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Conduct ongoing floor cleaning during operational hours.
• Perform station cleaning and floor mopping at regular intervals.
• Carry out detailed cleaning at closing time and restock items for the next day.
