Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: minimum 2 to 4 Years in store activities like Material inward/ GRN preparation, Inventory control, Purchase order, Material allocation, Dispatch planning, Fifo,

Location: Lower Parel in Mumbai

CTC: Up to ₹3.60 LPA (Maximum)

Industry: Chemical Manufacturing

Job Summary: We are looking for a Store Executive with hands-on experience in managing stores and inventory in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for material handling, inventory control, PO coordination, GRN processing, dispatch activities, and ensuring FIFO compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations including raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods

Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/manual systems

Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method is strictly followed

Coordinate with purchase department for Purchase Orders (PO)

Handle GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and inward material verification

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

Manage dispatch activities and coordinate with logistics/transporters

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety compliance for chemicals

Prepare and maintain stock reports, inward/outward registers

Support internal and external audits related to inventory and stores

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of store & inventory management

Experience in PO, GRN, dispatch & documentation

Understanding of FIFO inventory practices

Basic knowledge of ERP systems / MS Excel

Good coordination and communication skills

Experience in chemical / manufacturing industry preferred
