Job Description
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials in the store.
- Regularly update stock registers/ERP and monitor stock levels.
- Conduct physical stock verification on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Issue materials to departments against proper requisition or approval.
- Check and verify materials received from suppliers with purchase orders and invoices.
- Report shortage, excess, or damaged material to management immediately.
- Coordinate with the purchase and production departments for timely material availability.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and security of the store area.
- Prepare daily/weekly store reports and submit them to management.
