Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for all material inwards and outwards as well as the stock keeping of all raw and finished goods.
  • Checking the received material against placed PO & verifying it’s condition & documented invoice.
  • Check the unloading vehicles supervision.
  • Incoming Material Identification Tagging as per Material Code & Description.
  • Daily stock and daily receipt report monitoring on daily basis & mail to all internaldepartments & HO Team.
  • Daily stock taking Physically (All Store Material).
  • Weekly raw material consumption report mail to internal & HO Team.
  • The material issue to all departments as per the Requisition Issue slip.
  • Maintain the excel worksheet of daily stock, daily receipt report, and other store regardingreports.
  • Make returnable challan , dc challan (make the inward and outward data).
  • ERP working on job-wise issue material requisition as per the issue slip.
  • Invoice GRN Booking, & well known about invoicing & E-way bill.
  • Attaching GRN print and further processing.
  • Maintaining Files & Document Records of Store & Production
  • Shall be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the factory and go-down premises.
  • He will take care of maintaining stock ordering levels.

  • Scrap Management
  • Ensure Dispatch timelines are met
