Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations (opening/closing, cleanliness, safety, store upkeep) and ensure a welcoming shopping environment.
• Lead, schedule, train, and supervise store staff; set team duties and monitor performance.
• Oversee inventory and stock — ensure adequate stock levels, manage reordering and stock rotation to avoid stock-outs or overstock.
• Drive sales and profitability — implement promotions/marketing within store, monitor sales targets and store performance.
• Provide excellent customer service — handle customer queries/complaints, ensure smooth customer experience.
• Manage “last-mile” delivery/fulfilment (if store handles direct-to-customer delivery): ensure orders get handed over/delivered properly, coordinate logistics or delivery hand-off to customers, and ensure delivery reliability and customer satisfaction via final mile fulfilment. — reflecting “last-mile” logistics responsibilities common in retail-supply chain operations

Preferred Candidate:

• Current or previous company must be Blinkit/Big Basket/Zepto
• Min 3-4 years experience as Store manager
• OR if Asst Store Manager then experience must be 1+ years
• Must be familiar with last mile, first mile, roster management and store operations.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be Graduate. Age upto- 36years
