Store Manager

The Store Manager oversees all aspects of a Tumbledry store, ensuring revenue growth, operational efficiency, and high customer satisfaction in laundry, dry cleaning, and related services.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily store opening and closing activities, including cleaning, staff attendance checks, cash reconciliation, inventory updates, and performance reporting.

Manage end-to-end order processes: inspect incoming clothes from runners or walk-ins, generate/edit invoices via CRM, tag garments, coordinate with washermen, ironmen, and runners for processing, quality checks (randomly inspect 5 orders daily), mark orders ready, and handle home pickups/deliveries.

Supervise staff training on processes like package selling, USP pitching, equipment handling, and marketing activities such as leaflet distribution or customer calls.

Required Skills and Qualifications Strong leadership to manage teams (washerman, ironman, runners) and ensure adherence to dress code, workplace etiquettes, and performance benchmarks (e.g., runners: 20 pickups/drops per 10-hour shift).

Proficiency in quality control, stain removal oversight, inventory reconciliation (monthly on 25th, planning for 45 days), and CRM usage for orders, payments, and reports.

Experience in customer service, upselling packages, handling complaints (e.g., damages via photos/approvals), and basic financial tasks like cash handling and sales reporting to owner.
