Job Description
- Manage end-to-end inventory of IT rental equipment
- Track asset movement, serial numbers, and stock levels
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Coordinate dispatch and return of rental equipment
- Inspect, test, and approve returned assets for redeployment
- Maintain documentation, reports, and inventory records
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and procurement teams
- Maintain accurate records of all IT rental assets (laptops, desktops, servers, routers, switches, printers, accessories, etc.).
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability based on rental demand.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Track asset movement, allocation, and returns in inventory management systems.
